The Guardian – Top 10 sources for development data

The Guardian has published its top 10 sources of data for international development research. A very honouring experience to see Mapping Worlds projects feature twice in this top 10.

The International Energy Agency is praised for its presentation of detailed data on energy production and consumption, through reports and the Tellmaps-based IEA Energy Atlas.

The International Monetary Fund publishes free and open information on major economic indicators. The IMF DataMapper, a project very dear to us and online since 2007, is right there among the three data products singled out by the Guardian.
